Cescon Barrieu advise on Bioenergética Aroeira’s issue
Cescon Barrieu advised Bioenergética Aroeira (issuer), Aroeira Holding (guarantor) and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira (lead underwriter), on the 2nd issuance of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in a single series, issued by Bioenergética Aroeira, under CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 200 million. The debentures were guaranteed by the Aroeira Holding.
