Cescon Barrieu advise on the public offering of quotas by RBR

Cescon Barrieu advised RBR Private Equity Gestão de Recursos and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira on the public offering of quotas of the first issuance of the subclass A, the subclass B and subclass C of the RBR Flagship I Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada, in the total amount of BRL 210,490,000.00, conducted under the automatic registration procedure, pursuant to CVM 160.

The offering was conducted with the coordination of Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, in the capacity of lead underwriter of the offering.
