Cescon Barrieu advise RBR on the public offering of quotas
Cescon Barrieu advised RBR Private Equity Gestão de Recursos and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira on the public offering of quotas of the 3rd issuance of the subclass A and the subclass B of the RBR Flagship I Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada, in the total amount of BRL 22,423,000.00.
The offering was conducted under the automatic registration procedure, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160. The offering was conducted with the coordination of Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, as lead underwriter of the offering.
