Cescon Barrieu advise TC on the acquisition of Pandhora

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised TC Traders Club on the acquisition of 100% of Pandhora’s capital stock.

The value of the transaction was BRL 14,9 million and it involved the negotiation of a mechanism that allows TC Traders Club to make part of the payment by delivering shares of TC Traders Club – a publicly traded company.  

Cescon Barrieu relied on partners Cristina de Freitas Bueno and Isabela Bagueira Leal Coelho do Val; associates Nathalia Rabello and Thales Lima.

Cepeda Advogados acted as legal advisor to the sellers.
