Demarest advise Inobram on transaction with Munters

Demarest Advogados advised Inobram and its co-founders on the sale of 60% of the company’s capital stock and in a put and call option transaction for shares corresponding to 40% of the company’s capital stock to Munters, a Swedish multinational global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions, including subscription (primary) and share purchase and sale (secondary) transactions.

Inobram is a technology-based company specialized in developing innovative automation and technology solutions for the agribusiness sector, mainly for poultry and swine farms. The deal is subject to the satisfaction of several conditions precedent, including Brazilian antitrust authority’s approval.
