Cescon Barrieu advise the first issuance of AGE
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the first issuance of non-convertible secured debentures, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, by AGE Administração e Participações, pursuant to CVM 476.
The underwriter of the offering was Banco Itaú BBA. The proceeds from the offering, which will total R$75 million, will be used for enhance the company’s working capital and general corporate uses.
