Cescon Barrieu advises on the 1st issuance of Intermarítima
Cescon Barrieu advised on the 1th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible in shares, unsecured, in single series of Intermarítima Portos e Logística, in the total amount of BRL 50 million, of the species with real guarantee and with additional fiduciary guarantee from Sagarana Participações and Taizé Participações, for public distribution, under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offer took place with Banco Itaú BBA, acting as lead underwriter.
