Several firms act on follow-on offering of Oncoclínicas

Mattos Filho, Pinheiro Neto and others advised on the primary and secondary public offering of shares issued by Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos, one of the largest oncology, hematology and radiotherapy centers in Latin America, in the total amount of BRL R$ 896.875.000.
