Cescon Barrieu advises on the issuance of Localiza Rent a Car
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and the underwriters on the 24th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible in shares, unsecured, in two series of Localiza Rent a Car, in the total amount of R$ 950 million, with additional fiduciary guarantee from Localiza Fleet, for public distribution, under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offer took place with Banco Itaú BBA acting as lead underwriter, and Banco Safra, acting as underwriter.
