Cescon Barrieu advises Sensatto Energia on debenture issue
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Sensatto Energia (issuer) and Banco Bradesco BBI (lead underwriter) on the 1st issuance of simple, non-convertible in shares, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, to be converted into secured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, by issuer, in the total amount of R$ 50 million reais, pursuant to Brazilian Securities Commision Rule No. 476, dated as of january.
The net funds from the debentures issue shall be used by the Issuer for the anticipation of dividends and capital contribution for the construction of Usina Hidrelétrica Juruena Ltda
