Cescon Barrieu and Lobo de Rizzo advise on CPFL Energia issue
Cescon Barrieu advised Companhia Jaguari de Energia (CPFL Energia) on its 5th issuance of simple non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in a single series for public distribution, without prior analysis, under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BLR 300 million.
The debentures were guaranteed by CPFL Energia; Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira; BTG Pactual Investment Banking; Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco BNP Paribas Brasil acted as underwriters, which was advised by Lobo de Rizzo.
