Cescon Barrieu and Mattos Filho act on CRA issuance of Eco
Cescon Barrieu and Mattos Filho advised on the public offering for distribution of certificates of agribusiness receivables (CRA), in five series of the 373rd issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direito Creditórios do Agronegócio, with a total amount of BRL 604,400,000.00, carried out in accordance with CVM 160, as amend and other applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
The CRAs were backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Usina Coruripe Açúcar e Álcool within the scope of issues of rural product notes with financial settlement (CPR-Fs). The CPR-F’s are backed by fiduciary assignment of a controlled account; fiduciary assignment of receivables under a suspensive condition; and fiduciary sale of real estate.
