Cescon Barrieu and Pinheiro Guimarães on NTS debenture issues

Cescon Barrieu and Pinheiro Guimarães advised on the 11th and 12th issuance and public offering of non-convertible debentures, of the unsecured type, by Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS), intended exclusively for professional investors, pursuant to CVM Regulation 160.

The 11th issuance had a total value of BRL 900 million. The 12th issuance had a total value of BRL 2,2billion.

Cescon Barrieu advised NTS and relied on partner Eduardo Abrantes (pictured left), Rafael Baleroni, Isabella Braga, Joana Vaz e Luiz Moura.

Pinheiro Guimarães acted as counsel to XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santander (Brazil), and Banco Daycoval, and relied on partner Fernando John Friedmann Junior (pictured right) and associates Michelle Reibscheid and Murilo Lima Begha participating in both issuances.
