Cescon Barrieu has advised Localiza Fleet in its 10th issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, in two series, in the total amount of R$ 1.45 billion, with additional fiduciary guarantee of Localiza Rent a Car, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 476.
The firm was led by partner Alice Fulgêncio Brandão (pictured left), associate Lucas Ubiratan de Oliveira and interns Yan Souza Pereira; Karina Figueiredo Rodrigues and André Andrade Brandão.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters Banco Itaú BBA, Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Votorantim, and relied on partner Ricardo S.
