Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C) in association with Mayer Brown expanded M&A practice with Christian Roschmann joining as partner
Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C) in association with Mayer Brown, announced the expansion of its Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice with the addition of Christian Roschmann (pictured) as a partner. He joins from Lefosse Advogados.
Mr. Roschmann boasts more than 20 years of experience in Brazil focused on advising foreign companies, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds in complex and sophisticated cross-border acquisitions, investments and the formation of joint ventures with Brazilian counterparts. As a result of his vast international experience, from stints in New York, Singapore, Frankfurt, Munich and Sao Paulo, his arrival brings additional depth and breadth to T&C’s highly-regarded M&A practice.
He is a member of the board of directors of the Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Brasil-Alemanha de São Paulo, a member of the Brazilian selection committee of the German Chancellor Fellowship Program for prospective leaders from Brazil hosted by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and program ambassador of the LAV – German Industry Association for Latin America.
