Cescon Barrieu and Pinheiro Neto on Localiza’s CRI
Cescon Barrieu advised Localiza Rent a Car on the public distribution offering of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI), in two series, issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by real estate credit rights arising from certificates of credit rights due by Localiza Rent a Car, in the total amount of R$ 700 million.
The offer took place with XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários as lead underwriter which were advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
