Stocche Forbes and FLH act on the acquisition of corporate offices
Stocche Forbes advised XP Properties Fundo de Investimentos Imobiliário – FII, a real estate investment fund from XP Asset Management, on the sale of corporate offices located in the Condominiuns Faria Lima Plaza, Box 298, Módulo Rebouças, in the city of São Paulo, and Iguatemi Alphaville Bulding in the city of Barueri/SP, to Corporate Office Properties FII – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a real estate investment fund from Capitânia, wich was advised by FLH Advogados.
Since part of the real properties are subject of a fiduciary guarantee, vinculated to a structured transaction that involved a renegotation of the debt with the creditor.
The amount involved was BRL 200,696,370.00
