Cescon Barrieu and Stocche act on Hospital Santa Lucia issuance
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer, Stocche Forbes advised the underwriters, on the 1th issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, by the Hospital Santa Lucia, for public distribution, without prior analysis under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 265 million.
