Cescon Barrieu assists CVLB Brasil in its issuance of debentures

Cescon Barrieu assisted CVLB Brasil in its issuance of nonconvertible, secured debentures, in a single series, for the public distribution, without prior analysis under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 75 million.

The debentures were guaranteed by Casa & Vídeo Brasil and secured by receivables. Banco Citibank acted as lead underwriter.

Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and the lead underwriter and relied on partners Daniel Laudisio (pictured left), Marcelo Martins Moura (pictured right), associates Daniel Mortati, Paula Kaplan, Gustavo Ferreira da Silva and intern João Pedro Gaspar.
