Cescon Barrieu assists Hypera in the acquisition of three properties
Cescon Barrieu advised Hypera, on the acquistion through one of its subsidiaries (Brainfarma Indústria Química e Farmacêutica), of three real properties, consisting of industrial green fields, located in the industrial free trade zone of Manaus/AM.
By the acquisition of such real properties, Hypera will develop a new industrial plant in the industrial free trade zone of Manaus/AM, which will be part of Hypera’s strategic plan to broaden its operations in free trade zones, maintaining the focus on expanding its production in the pharmaceutical sector.
