Madrona Fialho advises Orbiz-REAG joint venture

The partners of Orbiz Capital and REAG Capital Holding formalized the establishment of a joint venture (50/50) with the aim of providing typical financial advisory services, including advising corporate clients on raising funds through the issuance of fixed-income securities and M&A transactions.

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised the partners of Orbiz in the establishment of Orbiz-REAG Capital and Orbiz-REAG in the preparation of the definitive transaction documents, consisting of a share subscription agreement, through which REAG will invest in Orbiz-REAG, as well as the Orbiz-REAG shareholders’ agreement and a cost-sharing agreement.
