Cescon Barrieu assists Natura in the acquisition of Singu
Cescon Barrieu assisted Natura Biosphera Franqueadora, a wholly owned subsidiary of Natura Cosméticos in the acquisition of 100% of Singu Serviços de Beleza e Tecnologia and of the totality of rights and credits held by Singu’s initial investors (more than 50).
