CGE returns to Guerrero Olivos for next step on corporate reorganization

Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos advised utility company CGE on the merger of two natural gas subsidiaries, the latest stage of its corporate restructuring.

The transaction is part of CGE´s plan to improve corporate governance and separation of business lines since it was purchased by Gas Natural Fenosa three years ago.

The operation included merging two natural gas companies, CGE Gas Natural and Gas Natural Chile. The merged entity keeps the name CGE Gas Natural.

Partners Roberto Guerrero and Jorge Delpiano led the team advising CGE.
