Morgan & Morgan expands immigration and labour practice groups

Panamanian law firm Morgan & Morgan announced that Ricardo Aleman, Maria Teresa Mendoza and Albalira Montufar have joined the partnership. 

Aleman has over 40 years of experience and has a considerable background in the public and private sector. Among other distinguished roles, he was appointed Panama ambassador to Mexico ((2004-2009) and prior to that he was Secretary of the Conciliation and Arbitration Commission of the Chamber of Commerce (2002-2004). Mendoza is also a notable labour practitioner with more than 20 years of experience advising leading national and international companies. Both partners will join the labour practice group.

Montufar has over 10 years of experience as an inmigration lawyer. At Morgan & Morgan, she is tasked with heading the immigration practice group.

The three partners join from BDS Asesores, a labour boutique with offices across Central America, Dominican Republic and Panama which is a member of Littler Mendelson.
