CGM act as deal counsel on the Meridiano Participações issue

CGM Advogados acted as deal counsel in the 1st issue of commercial notes of a real estate development company focused on offering innovative and affordable housing solutions with more than 7,500 units delivered in more than 20 cities in the state of São Paulo.

This is the company’s first issue of commercial notes through a private placement transaction. The funds from this transaction will be used to start construction work on residential real estate projects, as well as to refinance bank debts previously contracted for this purpose.

Banco Luso Brasileiro acted as guarantee agent and holder of the notes.

The transaction amounted to BRL 15 million. The funds from this transaction will be used to start construction work on residential real estate projects, as well as to refinance bank debts previously contracted for this purpose.
