CGM advise on the ABV Group’s second issue of commercial notes
CGM Advogados advised on the ABV Group‘s second issue of commercial notes in a private placement operation. The funds from these new operations will be used to restructure the company’s debt and strengthen its working capital.
The ABV Group, founded in 1987 in Mato Grosso do Sul, is one of the main retailers of products in general, with a strong focus on food products. Over the years, it has grown to become the largest supermarket chain in the state. In 2023, the company reached an important milestone, generating annual revenues of R$1 billion. This achievement placed it among the 100 largest companies in the Brazilian supermarket sector, ranking 70th in the country, according to the Brazilian Supermarket Association (ABRAS).
