CGM advises on the issuance of commercial notes by Jofege
CGM Advogados acted as legal advisor in structuring and conducting the first issuance of book-entry commercial notes by Jofege Pavimentação e Construção, in the total amount of R$ 20 million.
Banco Votorantim acted as the registration agent for the transaction, while Kanastra Securitizadora acted as the holder of the commercial notes.
The proceeds from this transaction will be used entirely for working capital and the ordinary management of Jofege’s business.
