CGM and Veirano act on two public offerings of AVG Group
CGM Advogados advised the AVG Group on two combined and related public offerings, both concurrent and related to the second issue of commercial papers by AVG Empreendimentos Minerários and Empresa de Mineração Esperança (AVG Group).
The transaction totaled R$500 million, of which R$330 million for AVG Empreendimentos and R$170 million for Empresa de Mineração Esperança. Veirano Advogados advised the underwriters.
The funds from these new transactions will be used to pay off the two previous offers made in 2023, as well as to roll over the AVG Group’s debt, make investments and strengthen working capital. Vortx acted as trustee for the issues.
