CGM assists Tecumseh do Brasil in issuing commercial notes
CGM Advogados advised Banco Luso and Tecumseh on the issuance of commercial notes for Tecumseh do Brasil.
A subsidiary of the US-based Tecumseh Products Company, a world leader in the refrigeration market with almost 90 years’ experience, Tecumseh do Brasil was founded in São Carlos in 1972. With two factories in this city in the interior of São Paulo and approximately 3,000 employees, the company provides sustainable refrigeration and preservation solutions for various sectors. Today, Tecumseh do Brasil is one of the world’s largest producers of hermetic compressors for refrigeration.
This is the second issue of commercial notes by Tecumseh do Brasil Ltda., and the first in a private placement transaction.
