Champs Law incorporates tax boutique specializing in wealth

Champs Law has incorporated a tax boutique specializing in succession, estate and tax planning and welcomed a new partner, Priscila Carmona Maya (pictured), who joins the firm as partner and responsible for tax, succession and estate planning practices and capital markets.

Priscila has almost 20 years of professional experience in legal, tax, corporate consultancy, family offices, capital markets and ESG. Priscila also has a solid track record in Big4 companies (PwC and EY), in Brazil and abroad, having worked at Península, the Diniz family’s single family office, for around 6 years, and And Asa Investments, family office and Asset management company of Alberto Safra, for about 1 year.

Priscila currently serves several families and companies with large net and illiquid assets, offering consultancy on matters related to equity, taxes, capital markets and ESG, having been responsible for this area at the Instituto Pacto Contra a Fome, founded by Geyze Diniz.
