Cleary counsels América Móvil on €550m tender offer

Cleary Gottlieb, through its Latin America practice in New York, has counselled América Móvil on a tender offer for all of its Euro NC10 (Euro Series B) equity securities due 2073.

The launch of the offer took place on 16 September 2022, with Barclays Bank PLC acting as dealer manager for the offer, and Morrow Sodali Limited acting as offer and information agent.

This tender offer was a delisting offer for the purposes of US securities laws.

América Móvil is a provider of telecommunications services in LatAm.

Cleary’s team included partner Duane McLaughlin (pictured), associate José Andrés de Saro and international lawyer José Juan Vázquez.
