Cleary counsels Habi on $100m credit facility
Cleary Gottlieb has counselled Habi on a $100 million secured credit facility provided by Victory Park Capital.
The loan proceeds will be used to expand Habi’s real estate portfolio in Colombia.
Habi, Colombia’s second unicorn, is a real estate technology company with operations in Colombia and Mexico.
Cleary’s team included partner Manuel Silva (pictured), associate Natalia Rezai, and law clerk Mauricio Nieto. Counsel Matthew Brigham and associate Jesse Hong provided tax advice. Partner Michael Mazzuchi and associate Amber Phillips provided advice on matters relating to the Investment Company Act.
