Cleary Gottlieb counsels Davivienda on $160m credit facility

Cleary Gottlieb has counselled Banco Davivienda, as borrower, in connection with a USD 160 million senior unsecured credit facility.

The Credit Agreement was signed on 19 October and the transaction closed on 24 October.

Citibank acted as administrative agent, while BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets and Wells Fargo Bank acted as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners.

Banco Davivienda is a bank incorporated under the laws of Colombia as a corporation and licensed to operate as a commercial bank. Retail and corporate banking accounts for the bulk of its commercial operations. Banco Davivienda also provides banking services in Central America through its subsidiaries in Panama, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Honduras, and in the United States through its Miami branch.
