Law firms PGD and Motta & Bicalho join forces
Perez Giannella e D’Avola Sociedade de Advogadas (PGD), comprising Ane Perez, Elisa Giannella and Luisa D’Avola, has announced its strategic merger with Motta & Bicalho Sociedade de Advogados to expand its regulatory advisory expertise.
As a result, Alécia Paolucci Nogueira Bicalho will add to PGD its 30 years of experience in consulting on public and regulatory contracts in infrastructure, privatisation and denationalisation projects. Thus, the women-only boutique offers clients, in addition to the strategic litigation already developed, a specialised advisory area in regulated sectors.
