Cleary represents America Movil in €600m equity acquisition
Cleary Gottlieb has assisted América Móvil in two concurrent but separate tender offers for up to €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 0.750% senior notes due 2027 and 2.125% senior notes due 2028.
The commencement date of the offers was 9 May, while their expiration date was 13 May 2022. These tender offers were exclusionary offers for the purposes of US securities laws.
Barclays Bank PLC acted as dealer manager for the offers, and Morrow Sodali Limited acted as offer and information agent.
