BMA advises Eleva Educação on the seller of shares to Inspired Education

BMA Advogados assisted Gera Capital and other shareholders of Escolas Globais do Brasil in the negotiation regarding for the sale of all shares issued by Escolas Globais do Brasil to the Inspired Education group.

Escolas Globais do Brasil are premium schools business that integrated the Eleva Group. The office also gave assistance to Eleva Educação, for the segregation and sale of Colégio Leonardo da Vinci to the same international group.

The Inspired Education Group is the international leader in the K-12 premium education segment, based in London, with more than 55,000 students, divided in 75 schools in 21 countries. Amongst said countries are Spain, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, and New Zealand.

The project also included advising Eleva Educação and Escolas Globais do Brasil with corporate reorganization procedures and negotiating, revising and amending debentures and other financial instruments for the implementation of the operation.
