Machado Meyer act as deal counsel in issuance of Solfácil
Machado Meyer advised a structuring and public offering under best efforts placement, pursuant to CVM Rule 476, of 2nd series senior units (quotas) and subordinated mezzanine B quotas, issued by Green Solfácil II Receivables Fund (FIDC). The public offering included the distribution of quotas by Banco Itaú BBA S.A in the amount of R$ 96 millions.
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel, advising Solfácil Energia Solar e Serviços Financeiros and Banco Itaú BBA with team led by partner Thales Tormin Saito and lawyer Jessica Aparecida Espindola de Oliveira.
