VBSO Advogados assists Banco BV and Faber-Castell in CRA issue

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, of the 160th series of the 1st issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A, backed by commercial notes issued by Faber Castell, in the total amount of R$150 million.

Banco Votorantim S.A. was the lead coordinator of the issue.

The operation was led by the VBSO partner José Alves Ribeiro Junior (pictured) and included the associates Clarissa Rangel Pradel, Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
