Cleary represents Codelco in $900m debt offering
Cleary Gottlieb has represented Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) in its US$900 million Rule 144A/Reg S debt offering of 5.125% notes due 2033.
The offering was priced on 30 January 2023 and settled on 2 February 2023. The notes are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
BNP Paribas Securities, BofA Securities, Santander Investment Securities and Scotia Capital (USA) acted as initial purchasers.
