Clifford Chance acts on tender offer by Interchile
Clifford Chance has acted as counsel to J.P. Morgan Securities, as sole dealer manager, in connection with a tender offer by Interchile.
Pursuant to the offering, Interchile repurchased $126,631,000 principal amount of its 4.500% senior secured notes due 2056 (the notes).
In addition, the firm had also advised the initial purchasers on Interchile’s offering and issuance of the Notes in 2021, then the largest green project bond in Latin America in the power and utility sector.
