Clifford Chance counsels on $126m loan to Raura mining company
Clifford Chance, through its Latin America team in Washington, DC, has counselled a consortium of banks in the granting of a $126 million term loan in favour of Compañía Minera Raura.
The Peruvian mining company used the loan proceeds to refinance previous existing debt.
Banco Santander, acted as sole lead arranger and bookrunner; while JPMorgan Chase Bank, Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, Citibank, ICBC Peru Bank and Banco Internacional del Perú, acted as lenders.
