Cuatrecasas advises on $1.5bn financing for construction of road corridor
Cuatrecasas, through its team in Bogotá, has advised Concesionaria Rutas del Valle, Patria Investments and Mercantil Colpatria on the financing of $1.5 billion Colombian pesos for the construction of more than 306 kilometres of road network in Valle del Cauca.
This transaction marks the first financial closing of a 5G road infrastructure project in Colombia, a deal that was also reached in the record time of less than six months.
The financing will allow the development of works comprising the construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and operation of a road corridor located in Cauca and Valle del Cauca to continue.
