Coelho & Dalle assist Evino on the acquisition of a stake in Wine Locals
Víssimo Group, owner of Evino and Gran Cru that announced the acquisition of 20% of the startup Wine Locals, which offers a wine tourism and wine experiences platform, in an operation advised by Coelho & Dalle Advogados and CMT Advogados.
The startup continues with the technology hub 4all as majority shareholder, but the agreement with Víssimo, a result of the merger between Evino and Gran Cru, foresees, besides the acquisition of 20% of Wine Locals, the possibility of expanding its participation in the company in the future.
In addition to the synergies between the three brands, the operation should finance the growth and internationalization of the startup, which already offers urban experiences in large cities such as São Paulo and Porto Alegre, and visits to wineries in the Serra Gaúcha and Uruguay.
