Clifford Chance represents Proparco in green bond issuance in Ecuador
Clifford Chance has represented Société de Promotion et de Participation pour la Coopération Economique (Proparco) in its $45 million senior unsecured green bond issuance.
The issuance was made through a private placement conducted by Banco Guayaquil, and the proceeds will be used to finance climate change mitigation and adaptation projects in Ecuador.
Clifford Chance’s team consisted of counsel Kate McCarthy (pictured), associate Daniel Justus and foreign law clerk Jean Andrew Petit Pino.
