CMS represents Toku in $7m investment round
CMS Carey & Allende represented Toku in its USD $7 million Series Seed investment round led by F-Prime.
Other participating firms were Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr as advisor to Toku in the United States; and Carey & Cía. and Gunderson Dettmer as advisors to F-Prime in Chile and the United States, respectively.
The advisory involved arranging the negotiations of the legal and commercial aspects of the investment, with particular attention to the management of local issues and the coordination of the different jurisdictions and legal advisors involved.
Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr’s team was represented by partner John Rockwell.
Carey & Cía.’s team included partner Francisco Guzmán and senior associate Sebastián Melero.
Gunderson Dettmer’s team was led by partner David Gammell, with support from associates Timothy Kulis and Micaela Cervantes.
