Coelho & Dalle advises Vinci on investment in Effico
The management company Vinci Partners has announced a minority investment of R$ 55 million, through its fund Vinci Impacto e Retorno IV, in the company Effico, which operates in the water and sanitation sector.
The fund manager was assisted in the operation by Coelho & Dalle Advogados, while Efficopar was advised by Mello Pimentel Advogados.
The initial investment may still increase, reaching up to R$ 120 million as Effico’s operations grow.
Specialized in engineering for all areas of sanitation, Effico operates in the market prospecting business opportunities to operate directly or through consulting in efficiency projects focused on the sector, especially in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and concessions.
Coelho & Dalle Advogados along with Fulvio Pistoresi, advised Vinci through its partner Eduardo Coelho (pictured) and lawyers Brenda Oliveira and Beatriz Miranda.
Mello Pimentel Advogados advised Effico and relied on lawyer Thatiana Nogueira.
