Consortium Legal acted for Credit Suisse on $225 million loan to Aeroman

Consortium Legal advised Credit Suisse under El Salvador law on its $225 million loan to Aeroman, the San Salvador-based aircraft maintenance service provider. 

Aeroman provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services to airlines across the Americas. The funds of the loan are going to be used for the refinancing of the existing debt of Aeroman and related companies and for the development of certain projects.

Partner Oscar Samour led the El Salvador team at Consortium Legal which acted for Credit Suisse. The bank instructed Cravath on matters under US law.

Arias advised Aeroman.
