Cuatrecasas advises Bestinver Infra FCR on acquisition of university concession in Mexico

Cuatrecasas, through its team in Mexico City, has advised Bestinver Infra FCR on the acquisition of the concession of Universidad Politécnica de San Luis Potosí, through a sale by the Macquire Mexico Infrastructure Fund.

This is the first transaction carried out by this infrastructure fund, which is part of the Australian investment bank Macquarie Group, and which was carried out through a public-private contractual relationship.

Bestinver, with more than 30 years of experience and 6,368 million euros of assets under management, works with the objective of generating long-term returns for its investors. Its Bestinver Infra FCR fund is a private equity fund that provides access to global infrastructure investment.
