Cuatrecasas advises Majorel on acquisition of Findasense
Cuatrecasas, through a multinational team, has advised Majorel on the acquisition of Findasense, a Madrid-based customer experience (CX) design and creative services company with a strong presence in the Americas.
This acquisition is part of the expansion plan for Majorel’s Tech & Expert Services line, with a focus on its CX transformation services, as well as entering new markets internationally.
Cuatrecasas advised the company through a team of lawyers from Spain, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
The Spanish team included partner Kai Christian Fischer and lawyers Ana Laso, Sergio Ochagavía, Ander Portillo and Jorge Núñez-Lagos. Latin America’s team consisted of partners Santiago Ferrer (pictured left), Tomás Kubick (pictured centre, left), Juan Felipe Vera (pictured centre, right) and Kiomi Osorio (pictured right), based in Mexico City, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá and Lima, respectively, among other lawyers.
