Cuatrecasas assists in sale of Transinnova Usme
Cuatrecasas, through its Bogotá office, has assisted Fondo Ashmore Andino II, Ashmore Andean Fund II and Fondo de Capital Privado Mercantil Colpatria – Compartimento A, on the sale of 100% of the shares of Transinnova Usme.
Transinnova Usme is a concessionaire company that provides the fleet for Phase IV of Bogotá’s integrated transport system.
Cuatrecasas’ team included partner Felipe Mariño (pictured), and associates Alejandro Cepeda, Álvaro Rueda and María Camila Solano.
